Procedure for applying to Riverlink Housing Co-op

People who want to apply to Riverlink Housing Co-Op for affordable and cheap housing should follow the stated procedure.

Go to your local authorities housing advice or community centre and state that you are homeless and want to be referred to Riverlink Housing Co-op.

Your housing adviser or you should then download our application and information pack from below link.

You should read the information leaflet and fill in the application and monitoring form.

Give your completed application and monitoring form to the housing adviser and let, them fill their details into the required section.

The housing advisers should then type a cover letter; send your application and monitoring form to the co-op through the post (please do not fax).

You will then hear from us within two weeks in writing.

Please note: We do not accept people who have support needs. We are a self-help Co-op and need people with skills so they will be able to maintain their property and contribute to the running of the Co-op.
